The Assessment
Everything starts with a complimentary home evaluation. Our CAPS-certified specialist visits your home, walks every room, every transition point, and every exterior access area. We are evaluating safety, accessibility, and usability across the entire property.
Bathrooms. Kitchens. Hallways and doorways. Stairs. Entry points. Flooring conditions and trip hazards. Lighting and visibility. Clearances and circulation paths. Exterior access including driveways, garages, and walkways. We check all of it.
Within three business days, you receive a written assessment report. It includes photo-documented findings, a prioritized list of recommended modifications, and a Florida-specific financial resource overview.
The Blueprint
This is not a renovation estimate. It is a life plan.
Based on the assessment findings, we create a personalized, written aging-in-place plan. The Blueprint is a document your family will reference for years. It includes:
- A phased modification roadmap covering immediate needs, 3-year goals, and 5-year planning
- Technology and smart home integration recommendations
- A caregiver readiness and in-home care planning guide
